Packard Shutter Redone (No 66)

item #PackardshutterNo66. This has been torn down and fully cleaned inside and out. It is designed for bulb setting only. It will open and close quickly if you squeeze the airbulb quickly. The interior blades are in good shape. 3 1/4 square plate. 1 1/2" hole. Condition Cleaned and Redone.
