MIZAR focusing adapter with B&L T Mount extension tube (fits?)

item #MIZARadapter. This had a T mount tube in the center. The tube on one end drops to ROUGHLY 35mm thread. The tube on the other end is ROUGHLY 29mm or 29.5mm. There is a MIZAR helical focusing mount on one end. Condition 8+.
