Misc Barlow (??) lens (No 23)

item #tubeNo23. This is missing a screw. There are two lens assemblies inside the tube which are clear. This may or may not be a Barlow lens. I am not sure?? The outside tube diameter is 15.5mm. The tube does pull apart and the lenses may be removed if desired. Condition 7-.
