Kodak Lens f7.7 in AS IS EKC shutter (No 9)

item #asisviewlensNo9. The glass is at the rear of this shutter it is clean and clear. T f stops are labeled 1 2 3 4 and work fine. The shutter does nothing but might be fixable easily I do not know?? AS IS condition 6+.
